The company, nearly fifty years in business remains privately owned by the Baranski family, namely John & Robert. They take a hands on approach to their work, always keeping in mind that customer satisfaction is paramount to long term relationships.

In 2014 the company added a new division called CFP Woods which distributes thermally modified wood products made for the wood decking and siding industry. Product shipments move directly from the  company’s Puslinch, Ontario location and then are distributed throughout Canada and the United States by way of truck.

CFP Woods have built a business model that includes distribution partners in both Canada and the United States who in turn redistribute CFP Woods thermally modified wood products into a retail selling channel directed to the consumer and contractor trade. The company also deals directly with the professional specifier such as Architects, Designers and Design Build Consultants who require hands on involvement in specific renovation and new build projects.
